Do I Sleep With The Pillow By Itself?

No. For optimal support, do not use the Pixie Pillow on its own. Be sure to pair it with your regularly nightly pillows, as the combination will provide the necessary elevation to keep your head from touching the mattress.

What If I'm A Side Sleeper???

Rotate the Pixie Pillow around your neck positioning it in a “C” shape.This allows the pillow to cradle your head while you sleep.

What If I Sleep On My Stomach?

Rotate the Pixie Pillow around your neck positioning it in a “n” shape...basically rotating the pillow from front to back.

Is The Hood Mandatory?

The hood is optional. It's most effective if you are wearing a flatter pixie style. If you sweat in your sleep omit the hood.

Will The Pillow Fall Off While I Sleep?

Make the pillow work for YOU!! We all have different sleeping habits, patterns, and routines so experiences may vary. Feel free to use a silk scarf in conjunction with the pillow until you are use to it.
